Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-01
These terms govern use of the BargeDraft service, operated by INTEGRIS GROUP, LLC, under its INTEGRIS Loadout Solutions brand (“we”, “us”). By using BargeDraft, or by receiving its alert messages, you agree to them.
1. The service
BargeDraft monitors river barges using sensors and dock equipment supplied by INTEGRIS Loadout Solutions. It shows each customer the freeboard and draft of its own barges, keeps a history of readings, and sends alert notifications when the dock equipment reports an alarm or stops reporting. Access is by invitation from a customer’s administrator; there is no public sign-up.
2. Customer accounts and administrators
A customer’s administrators are responsible for the users they invite and the alert contacts they enrol, and confirm that each contact has agreed to receive BargeDraft alert messages. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and tell your administrator if you believe they have been compromised.
3. SMS Terms
- Who receives messages. BargeDraft alert messages are sent only to contacts enrolled by their company administrator. We do not send marketing messages.
- What the messages are. Notifications about the barges your company monitors: alarm states reported by the dock equipment, sensors or equipment that have stopped reporting, and related service notices.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with alarm activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further alert messages. Your administrator can also remove your number at any time.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@bargedraft.app.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. How we handle your phone number and opt-in information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Alerts are an aid, not a guarantee
BargeDraft relies on sensors, dock equipment, radio and cellular networks, and third-party messaging and hosting providers, any of which can fail or be delayed. An alert, or the absence of one, is not a guarantee of a barge’s condition. Customers remain responsible for the safe mooring, loading and inspection of their vessels and for responding to alarms shown on the dock equipment itself.
5. Acceptable use
Use BargeDraft only for monitoring vessels your company is entitled to monitor. Do not attempt to access another customer’s information, interfere with the service, or enrol a phone number without that person’s agreement.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INTEGRIS GROUP, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service or from any delayed, undelivered or inaccurate alert. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version with its effective date is always available at this address. Questions: INTEGRIS GROUP, LLC, INTEGRIS Loadout Solutions, support@bargedraft.app.
